The privilege of living on the Mediterranean coast is accentuated by the contemporary
design of the villa. The traditional architectural elements are distinctly Mediterranean with special attention and care paid to the orientation, the elements that protect from the sun, such as slats, the white colours chosen for the materials, the terraces facing north and south and the relationship between indoors and outdoors. The façade has large, light overhangs that configure the spaces and transform the central part of the house into a traditional Mediterranean patio and create spaces filled with shade and light in front of the home. The stonework and local vegetation are also key aspects of the project, reducing the building’s climate footprint.
